Merger of BAWT & NEIS
We are pleased to announce the merger of New England Interconnect Systems, Inc. of Keene, NH
with Bay Associates Wire Technologies of Menlo Park, CA, a company which has been serving the cable and interconnection needs of
it’s customers for over 40 years.
The combined strengths of both companies will better enable us to serve our diversified global customer base
and take advantage of manufacturing efficiencies in the larger US production facility along with manufacturing in Mexico and China.
It will also allow us to offer our customers one source for high quality bulk cable and interconnect systems for a broad range of
applications including silicone rubber assembles out of California and Mexico.
The resulting company will have knowledgeable, experienced teams on both coasts of the United States with
increased engineering depth and capacity including in-house mold tool capability. To complement headquarters in Menlo Park, CA,
the Keene, NH facility will continue to have sales and engineering to service customers in the eastern half of the United States
and Canada as well as our European customers.
