Micro Miniature Cable Assemblies

NEI Systems welcomes the challenge of building miniature assemblies. We construct cable assemblies with stranded conductor as small as 38 AWG (7/46). Our products are designed to meet our customers’ performance needs and size constraints.

Contact New England Interconnect Systems. Ultra-fine gauge, stranded conductor, tinsel conductor, and micro-pitch connectors are at home on our production lines. We possess the required skills and expertise to overmold miniature cable. Building on years of experience, and approaching new challenges with a fresh outlook, the simple, slightly new idea enables the evolution of smaller and smaller, fine-wire, cable assemblies and interconnects. The process solution for one customer’s product is nudged in the direction of additional usefulness for our other products. Modify this stripping machine. Tweak that soldering technique.
